Global Language Services Ltd provided immediate telephone interpreting support to Police Scotland.

As part of our contract with Police Scotland, we were required to provide a telephone interpreting service that provided an almost immediate connection to an interpreter for all officers within Police Scotland who may be, for example, at a police station, on a radio at a home visit or by the roadside at a traffic offence. We offered this service successfully for 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.
